Q12. WHAT ARE IBGR'S TERMS OF SERVICE (TOS) AGREEMENT?

This is simple, no lawyers needed. Unless specified by IBGR or the individual Host, all IP (Intellectual Property) is made available to you (whether Free or Paid) for internal use only. If you see a business application beyond your operation and want to use the information or tools commercially, you need prior and written permission from the IP Owner. We don't like lawyers and want to play nice but can be provoked. Instead of stealing why don't you propose a deal?

The TOS for OnAir callers, Community of Commerce members,  and participants in Webinars, User Groups, Summits is simple. Keep the language clean and civil. We can disagree without making it personal or an attack on someone's parents. If you get passionate and go beyond the bounds specified here, apologize and move on. Continued violation of this simple rule will have you association with IBGR in any form terminated without review, all financial and IP agreements enforced.
