INSIGHTS The 2 critical issues in any company is performance and productivity. There are many different definitions for each but here are the ones that work for this conversation. Productivity is the result of systems and process put in place to produce the highest quality as quickly as possible with the lowest cost. Performance, based on the systems and processes, is how well people can apply their talent, intelligence, and work ethic to their role in the show. Think about work from the bottom up:
