Are you ready to move forward? After months of social distancing and all the questions around what the future looks like, I know I am ready to put the first half of 2020 to bed!
So how do we move forward when there is still so much uncertainty? In any given moment, we can rely on the information and popular beliefs of others (sheeple) or we can rely on our own values, principles, strategy, intuition and creativity (entrepreneurs). I'm choosing to bet on me and my inner knowings. How about you? One of the best ways to remove uncertainty is to replace it with clarity. As Wayne Dyer said, "If you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change." I call this a mindset shift. Did you catch that? When I shift my perception, I can move my business forward. Interesting concept, right? How we perceive the world at any given time is directly related to how we process it in our mind. It always starts in the mind first. In what ways do you need more clarity in your life and business? Where could you use a mindset shift? Start there and move forward. Seems easy, right? But don't get me wrong, mindset shifts are not as easy as they sound, especially when you first start doing it. A lot of times it means leaving behind "the way we have always done it" in order to pursue something untested. This can create tension between the stability that brings security and the adaptability that opens up new opportunities. Entrepreneurs are a proud lot. We have gotten used to figuring it out ourselves because we learned early on that family and friends just didn't "get it." IBGR Network is different. We get it and we are here to support you when you are ready to move forward. Your Friend on the Journey, Donna

Challenges are supposed to be unexpected. If you ask me, challenges should always be there to give you a hard time. If you are expecting an easy out, then that does not make it a challenge. I want people to understand the concept of challenges. Well, I am not saying that you should only try to challenge the hard ones, but never go for the easiest. I hope that you have fun challenging yourself in the next activities, I will be looking forward to it.
