The 'Open Kimono' group is where we expose everything with the goal of receiving unfiltered feedback. In some cases the discussion will be on decisions made, other times it will be on upcoming decisions.

And oh BTW - that is for all members of the community, not just the team at IBGR. If there is something blocking you from starting, growing, or exiting a business - here is a place to engage over a millennial of experience. If you say it straight, we will respond with honest input.
