Not LIVE This Week

Eating your own dog food is required no matter how inconvenient. One of the ongoing issues we raise with our community, you should JOIN, is balancing the owners workload between 20% working ON the business with 80% working IN it. 

Over the last 4 weeks of LIVE broadcasting we have experienced growth in our web hits and listeners. That means that many of our pre-launch ideas are proven successful and this has led to other operational issues. If you are in the startup mode or can remember those days, success creates an additional set of issues requiring ownership’s attention. 

Based on feedback received from our community and listeners, we need to make some adjustments to the website and programming. We are creating a new Show schedule for June and are rebroadcasting recorded shows (podcasts) all week. 

One Last Note
We are transparently building the IBGR Network in front of you as an example of what works and what doesn’t. We don’t fear exposing our failures because each misstep is still a step closer to success.  Like I said at the beginning, eating your dog food is required no matter how inconvenient.
