Soft Launch #2

Well we are down to launch day and there still is much to do. We could have turned the switch last night but after a week of 18 hours days the team wasn't satisfied - we couldn't put our finger on it except it didn't feel right. A night away from it brought the issue into focus - there was nothing distinctive about the site except the content. Only porn sites get away with living solely on content, who cares what the site looks like. Our conversation this morning went back to our favorite websites and why. The two that stood out both had one thing in common - clean and user friendly. That led to this retro look. I am not sure how long we will stick with it - tell us and maybe we will listen...just joking.
