Amanda Faith Nichols is a 9th grader at Bridgeland High School. She took her first sewing class at 9 years old. She knew after that first day that she was plugged into her creative outlet. From then on, every time she went shopping she continually surrounded herself in fabrics and sewing supplies. Soon after this time her mom was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia and she poured her soul into her work. It helped her deal with and process her feelings.
Her next step was to build inventory for a local craft show and home show where she made money and realized she wanted to start a business - Amanda Faith Designs. Recently, she has incorporated her love for acting and sewing by designing and making costumes for theatre and hopes to sell some of her most popular products at her school during orientation and other school events.
Amanda is involved in the Ursa Theatre and Drama Club at Bridgeland High School and her church youth group. You can find her most days singing, baking and reading. She has been featured, along with her brother, in local community Magazines and newsletters for her work and entrepreneurial spirit. Andrew Nichols is a born entrepreneur. He has two businesses. His first business, Andrew’s Artisan Cakes he started at age nine after watching his mom make cakes for friends and family. His work has been featured onKPRC Channel 2, ABC 13 & You, CW39 NewsFix, Houston Life,and in theHouston Chronicle. His second business, Andrew's Artisan Pens he started in 7th grade when taking Concepts of Engineering and discovering he loved working with wood shop equipment. Recently, he was nominated for Student of the Year with the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. He is starting to research colleges and hopes to study Engineering.

BRANDON SOUBA
Brandon Souba is one of the most enthusiastic people you will ever meet. He has a special zest for life and infusing others with that special something is one of his life’s greatest passions.
As your ADHD DJ, Brandon brings 14 years of sales and networking expertise. He began his sales career as a commission-based granite countertop salesman in the Great Recession of 2008; not exactly the best way to begin one’s career. Brandon knew from the start he needed to stand out from the rest. In his home city of Omaha, Nebraska there were no shortage of countertop companies – or sales people willing and able to do anything to beat out the competition.
During this time Brandon bought a house, got married and he and his wife welcomed their first child in 2013. Despite working for a franchise of a respected international granite company, he quickly came to the realization that he was essentially running his own business. As a salesman, Brandon cut his teeth on trade shows and in-home estimates with near strangers. His livelihood, and that of his small family’s, depended on Brandon’s ability to convert a positive first impression into a signature on the dotted line of a sales contract.
Brandon translated his successful sales career into an opportunity to bring the knowledge he had gleaned to other small business owners. He accepted a position within an internationally recognized networking organization with 270,000+ members in over 74 countries. Brandon again found himself working for a franchise of a respected international company, but now found himself with an expanded territory of four states. Brandon was personally responsible for the development and growth of over 1,300 business owners. He developed a training program specifically designed to help these business owners develop and nurture their networking skills to grow their businesses. His clientele ranged from landscape company owners to accountants to chiropractors and more!
The uniqueness of this organization and the occasional challenges of in-person meetings (his furthest client being over 600 miles away from home in a state that sees their winter come early, complete with blizzards and road closures) led Brandon to create a podcast. The desire to expand the reach of his podcast, coupled with the desire to be more locally based as Brandon and his wife welcomed their second daughter in 2018, prompted Brandon to increase his podcast from two episodes per month to a weekly episode. His weekly podcast introduced new networking strategies and occasionally featured one of his clients; giving that member the opportunity to spotlight their business and share how using the networking skills Brandon taught them translated into referrals, which turned into new business and then became increased business revenue.
While Brandon did not intentionally set out on a path toward coaching and training others on growing their business, it seems to be one to which he was predisposed. He grew up watching his father put sweat equity into growing his own food manufacturing business to eventually sell to a nationally known organization. Brandon has put his own sweat equity into his 14 years of sales and networking. The strategies he shares are ones that have been tried and tested over the length of his career. She grew up in Brooklyn, NY and is a proud only child of a single mother who immigrated from Bangladesh.
Her accounting career started at age 8 when it was discovered that someone was skimming from her piggy back. After a careful audit of her records (kept in a little pink book) she confronted her mother about the missing funds.
In 2003 (12 years later-finally allowed out again) she started working in a Manhattan CPA firm while earning her degree in accounting with a double major in finance and economics. Her corporate career ended in the hedge fund industry in 2014. She is a QuickBooks Online certified pro, and excel wizard and an automation expert. By having Kash as your bookkeeper you gain a partner, who acts as an extension of your C-class executive team, bringing the expertise of a corporate back office accounting manager to your small business.
When she is not managing small business’s books and records, Kash can be found networking at her BNI meeting on Tuesdays, attending monthly WHIMBY events, and other various networking organizations around town.

Before Aaron worked in consulting, his work put him in close contact with a wide variety of organizations and leaders. He led nonprofits, most recently directing a national volunteer disaster response organization to $1.1 million in annual impact.
In these roles, he led staff and volunteers to rebuild communities in the aftermath and chaos of natural disasters, directed organizations through leadership transitions, and forged his own path as a leader.
Over the years, Aaron watched bosses who hesitated to give constructive feedback and struggled to take themselves or the team to the next level, saw team members who resisted collaborating, saw teams more focused on drama and doing as little as possible, and encountered entire organizations who had the potential of reaching the stars but would breed hostility and couldn’t get off the starting block. He saw all of these traits taking root in himself, too, and realized none of these experiences were unique. I started IBGR in January 2020. It is the culmination of over a decade in the radio business - in front of the microphone and in the back office. My start in radio was creating the number one business talk show in Central Virginia - Richmond BizLive and after the station was sold we moved to WNTW. I just completed an assignment as General Manager at WNTW in Chester and the WLES in Bon Air Virginia. The owners hired me to return the stations to profitability by the end of 2019. We did, and that experience was preparation for this station; creating something that is needed but never successfully created before - Business Growth Radio.
