When we talk about communication, we forget the value of Intentional Listening and the role it plays in making people feel valued and valuable. 

Resilience seems to come up quite a lot now, so it makes sense to guage the reality of how people are battling emotionally and fill the need, by offering Self Care tools and coping mechanisms to help build their state of being. 

Emotionally balanced, happy teams add value to the growth of an organisation to succeed where others fail to acknowledge the human need of their people.

Things to consider when developing Loyalty:

  • Respecting and honouring your clients experiences, suggestions and feedback.
  • Finding out how you can align your own values to your customers values.
  • Working out WHY, your own team would remain loyal to you and build alongside you too.
  • Where does financial achievement meet the human experience in terms of fulfilment. 
  • Challenging the pressure to join the market at its current value and dumb down your quality to make a sale, rather than step up and stand out at as niche offering.
  • What are your choices realistically to keep your business afloat vs succeeding in abundance?
