Today's Show is based on AGR1.02 and covers the second part of building a market dominating offer. Last show/radcast AGR1.02 we discussed the process for building a compelling offer - today we discuss it's packaging - what is the users experience consuming then offer?

AGILERAD.IO - "SOLUTIONS ON DEMAND IN THE PALM OF YOUR HAND"

INTRODUCTION
IBGR - the International Business Growth Radio is in alliance with Startuprad.io to share programming on our respective platforms.

agilerad.io is IBGR's new radcasting (radcast - live radio podcast) platform focused on global startups and early growth firms looking for fast and sustainable growth. 

the agilerad.io platform will bring IBGR's IP (Intellectual Property) and OnAir Talent (Hosts) weekly to the startuprad.io community in 30 minute segments.       • Words & Touch: meaningful and simple to understand or use;
      • Visual Representations: icons, images representation of ideas, physical appearance;
      • Physical Space: where are they using it and how;
      • Time: measure user progress;
      • Behavior: how visitors interact with the product/service.
    • Usability
      • Utility: useful and meets the needs of the user;
      • Desirability: is there cache from using or owning;
      • Brand Experience: feel good about the company providing the product & service.

WHAT YOU NEED TO DO

User Experience Consuming the Offer
  1. ​Emphasize: understand what the user is looking for and what type of experience will make them reuse the product/servicere.
  2. Define: bring the user needs and wants into the product/service design by defining it into requirements and specifications (QFD in AGR1.02).
  3. Ideate: think outside normal boundaries where everything is possible, don't comprise until forced to at the end.
  4. Prototype: bring reality into the picture by building your 1.0 version and make the right compromises.
  5. Test: make the site available (2.0 version) as a soft launch, gain user interaction to feed back into the process.
