Well there is open kimono and then there is real open kimono - we have arrived. Today's show is a 'state of the business' report on where has happened since the end of 2020 (the last Building In Front Of You series). Other than some financials, we are concealing nothing.

INTRODUCTION
The purpose behind the series is to share what we intend to do, what did we do, what was the result, and what are we going to do now. We use an unique process for building business plans that actually provide value.

Ours are based on the growth phase of the company. Since we are still in the startup mode - the plan is a focus on Performance - proof of business idea and creating sufficient and predictable cash flow.

OBJECTIVES
  1. Understand our process for creating business plans that are operational and focused on execution.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

  • Built supply (Hosts) to 40, most in Australia and North America
  • Allowed maximum amount of freedom to Hosts on Show Selection
  • Reached 1k unique listeners a week, 500 returning listeners
  • Monetized Season 5, lost 50% of the Hosts (equaled the projection)
  • Achieved Profitability
  • Partnered / outsourced Marketing to Crisp & CO out of Adelaide Australia
  • Creating Global / Virtual Incubators & Accelerators

  • Retention - (1) 90% of hosts renew; (2) 1,000 returning daily listeners; (3) 1,800 subscribers
