In this show I continue my conversation with Russell Wylie from People and Business Insights. This is part 3 of a 3 series where Russell shares the stages of growth and what to focus on at each stage. In today's episode we explore adaptive leadership for growth. Russell Wylie is an experienced business consultant who has achieved incredible results for his clients and has advised across many different industries.
