Last week we talked about dehypnotizing ourselves using the same methods that hypnotized us in the first place. When we run our life on habits we are in a hypnotic state that was formed gradually over time without a lot of effort. We will change our habits in the same way. When we tap into this relaxed state of being we are allowing our success mechanism to work for us in the most efficient way. Stay focused on the present moment while setting your course on the end goal. Recalibrate along the way as needed in order to stay on track.

Our success mechanism is a highly efficient goal achieving part of our being. When we use our conscious mind to achieve goals, we are actually jamming our natural success mechanism. The success mechanism is part of our subconscious thinking and cannot be accessed intentionally without jamming or inhibiting our natural success instincts.
