Introduction


On our last two shows, we focused on Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) and why every business leader should at least consider franchising their business. 

Then we looked at Assigning Roles to Your Players and how when employees and supervisors or managers are not clear on the specifics regarding what role each of them plays, it can lead to confusion, low morale, and ambiguity.  

And how every high-performing team has two things in place: each player knows exactly what their role is and everyone knows who’s in charge.

It’s been my experience that there are pros and cons for both approaches, but as the leader of your organization, you have to help your team understand how much planning is required to run different parts of your business.
