Introduction
Last week I talked about this concept of CGO - Chief Growth Officer for Hire and how it is underlying role of the IBGR Network. This week, not only in this show, but all of my shows: Growth Community, Building in Front of You, Your MLM Empire, and Creating a Consulting Business - everything centers on how to use the IBGR Network for business success.

That is what is meant by Looking at IBGR as your CGO - your virtual Chief Growth Officer.

Today we will drill down on the 3rd aspect of our business model and potentially where you will receive the greatest benefit - our Community of Commerce.

I would like to say "we built" it but nobody around here writes code so that means we reviewed the options and selected a platform that had the functionality we wanted and was user friendly - you could get up to speed quickly.

How Our CGO works is simple:
  • Provide world class information LIVE, by podcast, and supportive notes on the website;
  • Provide our listeners with a place where they could take their application questions and remove obstacles for 1:1 conversations with our subject matter experts - IBGR's OnAir Talent.
  • Provide you with an app that puts the full power of an international business consulting and coaching firm at your finger tips.

Today’s Show will outline what that means and everything available to you at our basic level - FREE.

  3. How do I use it to make it worth my time/

  • What Value Does it Provide to You
  • How Can You Use It to Improve Your Business
  • What is the future?
    • horizontal alignment of compatible businesses comprised of the clients value chain;
    • each member of the community has the resources and delivery strength of larger competitors by using the resources of their group.

What You Need to Do​​ - The HOW
  1. Go to the JOIN US page and become a member of our Community of Commerce.
  2. Create an Account and agree to the Terms of Service.
  3. You will receive an email verify your email and click the link.
  4. Once inside complete your profile. You can do this by clicking the top right button and starting with your PROFILE. Make sure you complete this information because will impact how others can help or ask for it.
  5. Review the list of Groups in the left column, select those that fit your needs, pick those you would like to JOIN.
  6. There two types of groups - topics selected by Hosts and Members, and those related to Shows.
    1. Finance for Hyper & Exponential Growth​ (Monday)
    2. AGILEAN Operations (Tuesday)
    3. Creating Raving Fans (Wednesday)
    4. People Advantage (Thursday)
    5. 5% Executive (Friday)
  7. ​If you are a Level 2 member or above, you have the administrative ability to create your own group.
  8. Back on the main page, review the list of Topics in the left column, select those that fit your needs, pick those you would like to follow.
  9. Select which OnAir Talent or Hosts you would like to follow and build a personal relationship.
  10. Select which type and frequency of Notifications you want to received related to posts, people, or your requests.
  11. Start responding and posting
    1. Posts - short, quick blurb's
    2. Questions - pose a question or create a survey
    3. Discussion - something you want to discuss inviting others to participate
    4. Blog - longer post, share an article you are writing for feedback, etc.
  12. Be here for the next show on “Create a Plan for Using the Service and Growing Your Business.”
  13. Start everyday by opening the mobile app and reviewing the News, the Blog, and upcoming Shows. Determine how IBGR can become your daily advisor on all things business.
