Nobody knows what the future holds for office employees. Does everyone come back to the office? Will all staff work remotely? Or will there be a hybrid? Today we will explore what the future “office life” could look like post pandemic. This month’s theme is Agile. Agile means that we think, we plan, we execute and we evaluate. Let’s explore what the future could look like for you and your teams.
What you Need to Know
Not every business is the same and not every person in the business is either. Some may want a social work environment while others prefer to work alone. Some may have health concerns or new family responsibilities to manage while others are feeling isolation. Communication and Compassion will be your guide as you develop your post pandemic plan.

Now is the time to get feedback from your teams. What has been their experience over the past few months? What is their desire moving forward? Taking an Agile approach is key here. Collect data from everyone involved, analyze the data and design a plan. Expect some type failure early on as your team gets their “battle rhythm.” Improvise, Adapt and Overcome.
