To run an organization, you will need people, and when it comes to people, we need a clear picture of why we are recruiting, and what success looks like. Every wrong Person in the Organization will be a liability in the long run. What You Need to Know - The What You need to understand what a successful organization looks like. You need to understand why we end up putting people in the wrong places. Finally, you need to understand how to put people in the right place. The sign of an outstanding organization is the Proper placement of people.
