Although this conversation is usually tackled in the E Track - Ownership, not this week. I want to bring your thought process up the cone and away from running the business as it currently exists. In order to make my virtual argument work, let's use a traditional example.
You decide to buy your own building for storefront, do you buy just one building or a strip mall? What if you decided after analyzing your customers value chain (all the business they might need) you add an insurance agent, financial institution, outsourced HR provider, payroll processing, and a health club to the mall? What if your business customer could find everything they need for their business by coming to the mall instead of just visiting your store with a smaller offer?
You going to spend time and money creating a website that will generate traffic for your offer, why not turn the website into a business in its own right?
