• Pro's: quick and probably less costly if you accurately account for time, customers already receptive to your type of offer;
• Con's: more difficult than it seems - integrating 2 businesses is hard,  cost of acquisition is paid upfront - all the money at once.

Organic Growth

• Pro's: fully integrated within your operation - processes - people, easier to afford - paid over time;
• Con's: slow, adds demands to current operations and management.
