This week we are continuing our series on Plan - Budget - Action. Regardless of your global location, the world's economy is coming out of the forced shutdown and will experienced a V Shaped (quick contraction followed by a quick expansion) Recovery during the 3RD Quarter (July - August). The goal of IBGR's Programming is to get you ready to claw back as much of your lost revenue as possible.
The intention of this show is not to convince you to purchase a CRM, we dealt with that in earlier shows. The goal today is to cover what you should expect from any Customer Relationship Management program regardless of cost and then review standard and advanced features to improve your buying decisions.
As a reference point for the conversation we use Streak as our CRM which integrates with gMail at $59 a person per month.
What You Need to Know
What You Need to Do
The following is a list of features your CRM should contain. Not every platform will have the entire list except the higher priced SaaS (Software as a Solution) packages. Determine which are most important to you and start there. A smart option is to select a platform that has everything at its Gold or Advanced Level and purchase the least expensive package with the option of upgrading. You get the best of both worlds: what need and can afford now, everything later without the expensive cost of switching platforms.
