This week we are concluding the emphasis on reopening fast and hard from the forced pandemic shutdown. The shows will cover how to generate revenue either directly or building the supportive infrastructure necessary. Next month (July 2020) we are shifting to building the best organization possible - the Agile Company.
As discussed in Shows A.033 and B.033, our goal this week is to close out June with how to emerge from the pandemic hard and fast - aggressively gain back lost revenue.
We live in a business world, and have for the last 10 years, that is permission based. That means potential customers believe they control the process. This dynamic drives successful online businesses to surround future customers with information to help their decision process. If they are going to select us then we need a publishing schedule that places the why - why we are the thought leaders they should trust.
As I said on Wednesday, what is becoming apparent - there are 2 businesses - bricks and mortar and online because each demands its own list of requirements. If you think about it this explains why bricks and mortar companies have not successfully created online businesses while online businesses have been very successful buying and running bricks and mortar. Going online to bricks is far easier than the reverse.
