Introduction
Congratulations! You have decided to move forward with your idea. Now what? Now it’s time to get your idea out of your head and into the real world. Over the past 11 weeks in the Stage I Finance block, we explored the steps you must consider before “Going Live.” Today is a review of the key areas you will want to focus your time and attention on before moving to Stage II.

Every show this past season was a step-by-step checklist of sorts for your business’s financial preparedness. Healthy finances are the key to operating any sustainable business and the common denominator between success and failure when you open our doors at the next stage of business growth - the stage 2 startup stage.
