Introduction

I can’t believe we’re already done with Season 1 here at the IBGR network! In this episode, I wrap up what I and my previous hosts have talked about this season. I’m always focused on how you can better engage your prospects and customers to not only make sales and grow your business, but also to turn them into advocates of your company.

What You Need to Do

  1. Develop a playbook with all your marketing materials.
  2. Get specific on who you want to sell to and step into their shoes.
  3. Niche down for greater success.
  4. Conduct a SWOT analysis.
  5. Be flexible if your marketing plan underperforms. 
  6. Choose the right platforms for your ideal target market and use Engagement Equity to post 80/20.
  7. Plan and schedule using a CRM or a social media posting tool like HootSuite.
  8. Create a mobile friendly website and audit monthly.
  9. Know what the 9 phases are of the customer experience cycle that occur during the first 100 days of the relationship.
  10. Use free press releases, claim your business on Google, and post to social media often.
  11. Know how to determine ROI and how to A/B ads so you can tweak what’s not working and repeat what is.
