Shifting your focus now from “me” to “we” allows you to live the Law of Significance that says, “One is too small a number to achieve greatness.” You can be successful on your own, but to build a solid business requires the help of other people. 


As a musician, I can be both a soloist or a conductor. When I am the soloist, the focus is on my and my wants and needs. When I am the conductor I work to bring out the best in everyone around me, including me.

  2. More cohesive and loyal teams
  3. Zig Ziglar - “You can get everything in life you want if you will just help enough other people get what they want.”

Tips For Moving from “Me” to “We”

People working together is always greater than the sum of its parts. Working with a team provides limitless possibilities. Working together has many benefits but also several challenges. Apply these tips to make the transition easier:
  1. Go slower to go farther: A team can only go as fast as your slowest runner
  2. Accept help: Every member of your team has strengths to add
  3. Seek first to understand: Your team needs to trust you before they will cooperate with you
  4. Be a good finder: Put others in a position to win
  5. Help your team improve every day

​Refocus Your Value Efforts

Shift your focus from being self-focused to other-focused and build others up. It will create a giving culture in your organization that will positively impact your daily work environment and your bottom line.
  1. Add value daily
  2. Add as much value as possible as often as possible
  3. Add value NOW
  4. Give to give
  5. Welcome your return on investment as an unexpected bonus

To sum up, Printful does all of their work in-house, has shorter lead times, and integrates with more e-commerce platforms. Printify uses third-party suppliers, which gets you more selection and better prices, but this comes at the cost of longer lead times. They both have fulfillment centers throughout the world.
