Introduction Prior to the impacts of COVID-19 job hopping among younger workers continued to increase. In the past the thought was that if you found a good job with a good employer you could make a career working with that organization. There are many younger workers who move from job to job seeking the opportunities for growth and development by changing employers. Depending on the make-up of your workforce, there are some employees who are getting used to working remotely. More and more companies have had to get comfortable with having and managing a remote workforce. This acceptance of a remote workforce will allow people to change jobs without changing location which will put more pressure on companies for retaining their top talent. There is a tremendous investment of resources used during the recruitment and hiring process. Now that you have your ideal candidate what do you do now?
