Introduction

You can have great processes and great products, but the execution of your business plan is dependent on the people in your organization. Your investment into hiring, retaining, and developing the People in your organization is one of the highest returning investments that you can make into your business. Jim Collins, the author of good to great states that “Great Vision with great talent is irrelevant.”  The next great business feature or offer to your customers will be developed or executed by People.  Your existing business plan will be executed by your people. 

In addition to the operation of your business, People play a key role in developing, contributing to and maintaining your company culture.  Peter Drucker is quoted as saying "culture eats strategy for breakfast". This implies that the culture of your company always determines success regardless of how effective your strategy may be.  The culture of the company is dependent on the people in your organization.

As you review our website, please let me know what information we can provide that would help you. We are dedicated to helping entrepreneurs realize their dreams. Building a successful business is much harder for an owner / executive than being the CEO of a large company because that individual has to manage existing systems and processes. The challenge for entrepreneurs is they have to build the systems and process before managing it and that requires a different skill set.
