Introduction
Well this is exciting. We made 2 fundamental changes to the 3rd Quarter. The first was announced at the beginning of the month - the month of Agile. That decision was based on where most businesses are today in relationship to arbitrary government action on Covid19. We use the term because decisions to open or not open are political and therefore unpredictable. Agile is the right choice for the Owner's Mindset because it works in unstable environments.

The second major change is the design of programming.  The new approach is applying the Stages of Fast and Sustainable Growth for the 6 time blocks and shift the themes or tracks to days of the week. The goal was to make it easier for the business owner to find the right live show or podcast.

Show Objectives
We are going to start with the negative today - what must you avoid as an entrepreneur/business owner when you growth business to its full potential.

How to execute on the business idea by creating sales that equals capacity without killing the company.

What You Need to Know
​Destruction of working capital:
  • unbalanced mix of new sales vs. production while servicing existing accounts;
  • insufficient infrastructure: over promise and under deliver caused by failing to build capacity in Stage III. 

What You Need to Do
​This is when you earn street cred
  • Key Part of the Company: Support - administrative support, Human Resources, etc., professionalize support functions and free-up executives, managers, and operators to focus on growth challenges. 
  • Management Methods: Skills - (as well as knowledge), based upon standardized procedures from Stage III, work is coordinated by training employees to operate with minimal supervision. 
  • Core Processes: (Tactical Plan) Budgeting - it is essential the critical few initiatives driving growth are fully funded and the use of funds are closely managed. Selection and Development - enhance or build a process to handle rapid expansion of people to support growth.
