What You Need to Know - The WHAT
Facebook is one of the platforms where various purpose-driven groups get started. However, community owners sooner or later realize that they need an alternative to Facebook Groups that can serve as a robust platform to build a highly engaging online community.

The common limitations of Facebook Groups are centered around dwindling reachability of brand messages, lack of control on the platform, limited content organization capability, and knowledge discovery.

IBGR, through the Tribe Platform, offers a comprehensive community platform that strikes a perfect balance between familiarity of Facebook and requirements of businesses in terms of customizability, brand adaptability, and complete data ownership.

  1. JOIN IBGR's Community

  2. Complete your profile
    1. What you do for whom - products and services
    2. Create a blog post about who and how you can help, what help help you could us - make your profile and offer searchable
    3. Select topics and hosts to follow
    4. Select groups to join
  3. Create your own Group (Level 2)
  4. Add the Group to your websites' Navigation Bar
  5. Use Facebook Groups as A source of qualified leads; bring them to your website
    1. Create Facebook Groups (public) based on customer buying persona.
    2. Use FB ad's for each group to find qualified leads - people raising their hands because of interest in your offer.
    3. Make all activity in the group - ad's, promotions, events, livestreams focused on turning qualified leads into suspects (people interested in buying)
  6. Use IBGR Community as A source to move qualified leads through the sales funnel
    1. Invite suspects to join your private Community group.
    2. Use information and education to convert suspects into prospects, then into closed sales
