It’s getting to look alot like Christmas! I have a new personal record and is that I put up my Christmas tree! This is huge for the one who prides herself on doing the marathon “Twas the night before Christmas” decorating!!!! As a business owner we need to also begin to “do the things” earlier, sooner, faster, minimizing energy to maximize our profits. Speaking of energy, if you find yourself stressed out about the Holidays, COVID-19 or any other matter, I’d like to recommend that you stop and breathe! The Stage IV or Profits Plan is where you anticipate financial demands based on past performance plus your targeted growth rate.
There are three growth rate categories: Normal, Fast, and Hyper. It’s difficult to determine but given your metrics from Stage III, you should be able to project start up relationships ie. $1000 invested in marketing should produce X$ in closed sales, etc.
