IBGR.Network - PROFIT Radio. Hello fellow Humans! You are listening to IBGR - PROFIT Radio Network. Everything a business owner needs to know to start, grow or exit a business. Come grow with us. Introduction I’m Cedrick LaFleur, your host for Talk Leadership with Cedrick on the Radio. My lovely cohost is Mrs Johanna Rincon. Today our goal is to help the entrepreneur go from stuck to start, helping to shift the team mindset from “Could-Be to Can-Do”. Show Objectives One of the goals of every organization is to have team members that are self-starters, go-getters, and innovative problem solvers. Every leader would love to have a room full of people just waiting to take action and get things moving. But most leaders don’t. Why is that? While there are plenty of reasons (a fact to which many business books on Amazon will attest), there is often one cause at the root of employee inaction: They don’t know what to do. It would be easy to chalk that up to ignorance, or even to laziness, but the truth is that many people don’t know where to go in life because they don’t know how to grow in life. Key Issues The difference between a person who’s stuck and a person who starts is the personal growth gap. The distance between a person dreaming and a person doing is shortened by that person’s willingness to grow. When your team commits to personal growth, the impact spreads into their home, work, and community. So how can you as a leader shrink the personal growth gap facing your team? How do you move your people from a stuck mindset to a start mindset? What You Need to know—The What You need to know if you are growing. And how do you determine that?
