• Most people spend more time planning their Vacations than on their Goals and Lifes Desires
• When you define goals you train your brain to look for and Focus on what you want
• Learning to set goals is the master skill of success. With goals, you will go directly to your destination and with much greater speed.
  

Why most Goal setting fails?
Most goal-setting fails as we tend to write a Wish list of wants on New Years day, most people write it down, and then life takes over and the list goes into a drawer to be again seen after months and blame goes to the goals. 

Many people’s goals are not clear as it is more of a wish list. 

The goals start with your Why!
As Small Business Professionals and Leaders, we want to make sure our Why is strong. The work that we are doing, why are we doing it, for whom are we doing it?

See long after when our initial motivation has ended and we are working in the trenches building the business, this is where your “Why” takes you across this bridge.
