Last week I talked about " IT STARTS WITH LEVEAGE - WHERE IS YOURS DURING THIS PERIOD OF LIES?" 

This is an extension of our Chief Growth Officer for Hire concept and the design of everything we have built - a radio station, a website, a community, and a job app. All of it is underlies the role of the IBGR Network. This week, not only in this show, but all of my shows: Growth Community, Building in Front of You, Your MLM Empire, and Creating a Consulting Business - everything centers on how to use the IBGR Network for business success.

That is what is meant by Looking at IBGR as your CGO - your virtual Chief Growth Officer.

Objectives - The WHY

When reviewing my notes for today's show it became obvious that I wanted to do something very different than planned. Not the title of the show but how to help use all of FREE resources.

So instead of making a list of everything you can do with us, I'll do it backwards - what we are doing to help business owners achieve their dream during the pandemic - it has always been hard to turn your dream into reality and now they have made it harder.

  1. What is IBGR trying to do?
  2. How can it help me?

What You Need to Know - The WHAT​​​
IBGR and all of it's features support our original vision 20 years ago:
  • Start a movement of entrepreneurs and business owners isolating themselves from bad policy and vagaries of the economy;
  • Create a community of entrepreneurs for entrepreneurs building and growing their businesses - a community of learning by doing;
  • Build a business around providing just in time solutions to their community.

What You Need to Do
​​ - The HOW
  1. A Movement. 
    1. Connect with connectors and their networks to provide insights and support. This is our LISTEN part of the tagline and the focus of the radio station, podcasts, and show notes.
    2. Our Brand and Voice is of a business owner. With the exception of politics, we explore, discuss, and offer solutions to all the natural and unnatural challenges of starting, growing, and exiting a business.
    3. Move entrepreneurs from passive agreement to active continuous improvement of the themselves and their business's.
    4. Provide something more than a place for improvement, an opportunity to own part of the movement by funding, producing, and shaping it.
  2. A Community.
    1. A network of personalities and relationships - a real diversity of expertise and persuasion. This is our ENGAGE part of the tagline.
    2. The community is based on several simple rules to allow for both coordination and freedom to act, not a series of strict procedures. Our TOS (Terms Of Service) is designed for adults, not a safe space for children.
    3. The community represents the entir4 value chain where an individual business hard pressed to compete against larger organizations can now build a complete offer and have the power of the large and the agility of the small.
    4. Employ robust testing methods to ensure whatever we advocate or offer to the community and the larger listener base works - another example of our learning from doing.
  3. A Business.
    1. An International Radio Station with radcasts (podcasts) and Show Notes (eBooks) - LISTEN
    2. a business community to support starting, growing and exiting a business - ENGAGE
    3. A mobile app that puts all of our resources at you disposal in the palm of your hand - APPLY
