Hiring the best Talent is a crucial leadership skill

Coaching is a learned skill, and like a muscle it is one of those things that can be developed with training and use. The more you practice it the stronger it gets, until it becomes second nature and forms a key part of your core business skill set.
Once your coaching skills are established, you should then take this future and build mentoring into your business as well. This has multiple benefits as it not only encourages your people to support each other, but it helps break down business silos and braiden exposure to different ideas and thoughts. Ultimately this leads to greater innovation and business success.
