IBGR - PROFIT Radio Network. Everything a business owner needs to start, grow or exit a business. Come grow with us.
Welcome to week three of our journey into building a community! The context of this season's episodes is building the community that you need to grow your business. Companies and brands speak to your potential customers everyday and you have to find a way to cut through the noise so that your company’s message can be heard. You have to learn to speak the language of your customer and to package your information in a way that they will find appealing. Developing the right message is more than a marketing strategy.
Developing relationships with your potential customers takes time and it is built on trust. We spend time developing our websites, email sequences, social media posts in an effort to be heard in the marketplace. We do not always take the same level of care in engaging and listening to our current or potential customers. In this environment we cannot afford to assume that “we” know best. We absolutely need to make the time to get to know our current and potential customers.
One of the most effective marketing strategies is still word of mouth. People are more likely to buy and support products that they can envision a person like themselves buying or using.
The power of Your brand is the power of your community!
