The underlying theme this month is Agility – being agile in our business, and in the way we do business. We all know that it’s an unpredictable time and while we face the unknown in the midst of a pandemic, Agile is the right choice for the Owner's Mindset because it works in unpredictable environments.

If you’ve been a fan of IBGR for a while, you may have noticed a change in the design of programming. IBGR is now applying the Stages of Fast and Sustainable Growth for 6 time blocks per day and every day we address different functions in the business.   1. Apply the insights, tips and concepts you learn in this show to your business.
  2. Write your 5 top values and how you’ll apply them in your business 
  3. Write out your brand story and your values to leverage later for great marketing content when you need it.
  4. Describe in writing, your Ideal Client, detail their profile to bring clarity of exactly who you serve - for you and others in your business.
