Introduction

Every business wants to have the best people and the right people on board because it matters. Hiring good people is hard. What is more, hiring great people is brutally hard. You can have the best strategies and the most sophisticated technologies in the world but none of that would amount to you and your business being effective without great people to put them to work. 

Making the shift for multiplicity involves hiring the right people in terms of skills, knowledge and competences but that is not all as you also need to know that their personalities and values match the values of your company. As an entrepreneur and a business leader, you can be competent as a leader and know the rules of leadership but how do you hire leaders so you can ensure your business is growing and have a succession plan in place?

The focus of the show is to emphasize the importance of hiring the right people who will make your strategies and operations work effectively. It is not enough for business owners and executives to assume that because people are skilled on the job and knowledgeable, then they can fit in the organization.
