Performance Coaching Model
The Performance Coaching Model lays out 3 key components to a regular dialogue with each team member. When you meet regularly, you enter into a rhythm of relational trust, coaching toward growth, and problem-solving, rather than meeting to put out fires and only fight urgent issues.
