IBGR.Network - PROFIT Radio. Everything a business owner needs to start, grow or exit a business. GROW WITH US.
Becoming a New Generation Leader means becoming the kind of leader the digital world needs you to be.
Did you ever drive a manual transmission car? I did, and the day I first learned how to drive it, my brother thought he was going to die when the car stalled out. The key to success with a manual transmission is to be in the right gear at the right time to maximize the efficiency of the car.
In your business, you are the leader with the plan and the information. Last week we talked about what information to share, when to share it, and who you share it with. This week, we tackle how to share information with your team to motivate them to their true potential.
We’re unpacking the tools you need to effectively connect and collaborate with your team.

Three Methodologies for Effective Supervision:
Relational Coaching Model [Download the Model]
The Relational Coaching Model is a multiplication tool to help you get to substantive conversations with 4 key questions. Then your coachee can immediately use those 4 questions with those they lead, multiplying the impact of the conversation.
Performance Coaching Model
The Performance Coaching Model lays out 3 key components to a regular dialogue with each team member. When you meet regularly, you enter into a rhythm of relational trust, coaching toward growth, and problem-solving, rather than meeting to put out fires and only fight urgent issues.
Accessibility and feedback are two key components for you as you lead your business. What information are you missing? Get in front of the right team members, even if they are not direct reports. Use one of the previous models to check in and listen for what you need to know.
Active Listening is a key component for your effective use of any of these models.
