Introduction
This week on Overwhelmed to Owning it we’re busting the myth on the ‘strict open door policy’. While is admirable to want to be ‘open and available’ to your team. Sometimes, it’s more of a revolving door. This revolving door can really hinder your productivity, and leave you working long hours and late nights. This week, we bust that myth that the door must always be open, and talk about connecting with your team, and also communicating your boundaries.
