You already know that not all software was created equal, but the ease of use should be top of mind when you take a deep dive into payment solutions, follow very closely by scalability concerns such as:

• pricing
• features
• flexibility
• integration
• engaged users and active developers

Think.
Our key strategy here is to:

1. decide on core business functions,
2. design a user experience that meets our internal goals and external customer expectations, and
3. select software that supports the process with the right balance of automation and budget

Act.
Take stock of your business operations to date and decide if you are creating barriers in the payment process. Common blockers include:

• Non-templated/ automated generation of proposals and invoices
• Lack of systemization for productizable services
• Inadvertently inserting additional communications into the payment process (DM/Text/Call/Email me for more info...)
