2. How to show up (for yourself) so you can become a person worth listening to.
   
3. Make/take time to prepare, keeping in mind Parkinson’s Law  (the amount of time you give is the amount of time you need) and time “management” that works for you (Ben’s secret method)
   
4. Know what the hell you’re doing and then choose a way to engage with time and projects that will help you get it done. Keep it simple. AND make use of tools.
   
5. [TAKE ACTION] Take 13 minutes and plan 3-6 podcast sessions (13 minutes each). Follow the roadmap. When in doubt, refer to Episode 13, Season 11. (And if you haven’t already scheduled your first show, do it! You got this.)

2. Become a person worth listening to by engendering trust by knowing exactly how to communicate clearly and still sound authentic.
3. So FIRST let’s redefine the word script (and walking that line between spontaneous and planned out). Then script the core elements, map the 5 content elements (hook, why,what to know, what to do, take action).
4. Create a script (outline) using your show notes (content elements / teaching points) plus your core elements (sign on, intro, transitions, CTA’s, sign-off/outro). Stay on point. Stay on message. Don’t get lost on your podcast adventure.

2. Become a CONFIDENT certain person worth listening to so you can be relatable and authentic without sounding like you’re reading from a script.
   
3. You want to sound professional and confident but not stuffy. Think back to the fireside chat. Practice so you are relatable and authentic without sounding like you are reading a script. 
   
4. At a minimum, practice your core elements out loud
