Episode 33 – Becoming a PRO in Network Marketing!

  • Are your Best Customer

  • Know how to turn your Customers into Business Partners

You would want to do this business like a PRO, isn’t it?

So, what does it take to become a PRO in Network Marketing?

In the first year of my Network Marketing business, apart from doing the basics that I shared with you in previous episodes, I did plenty of research on NM. I studied the best Network Marketers in my organization, but not only – I researched the industry itself, which led me to discover and follow Eric Worre, Grant Cardone, Jordan Adler, Ray Higdon, Tom Chenault and many many greats of the fraternity.

So, to sum up, if you want to become a PRO, you have:

  • Master the Basics – the basics are the foundation!
  • Study the TOP Earners and Achievers of YOUR organization
  • To also STUDY the TOP of the Industry
  • Follow and learn from the BEST TRAINERS of the industry
  • Continuously REFINE and POLISH your knowledge and skills
  • Keep targeting the NEXT level, and REFER to the basics to build a bigger and larger organization
  • And above all, become very grounded and stay humble when BIG success hits you!

EPISODE 34 – HOW MASTERING Objections can turn NO into a YES in Network Marketing!

So, how do you turn a NO into a YES?

Every salesperson or Network Marketers fear NOs, and its understandable!
And because of that , a lot of people quit this business or just stay at the first level for years. In fact, we should love NOs, because NOs are the reality of life in any sale transactions – NO just means:
  • I am not ready NOW
  • I did not understand your products/opportunity
  • I did not see HOW your products/opportunity can help me
  • I did not see WHAT IN IT FOR ME!

There is a book by Richard Fenton and Andrea Waltz – GO for NO! a must read

And another one by Richard Fenton, Andrea Waltz AND Ray Higdon – Go for NO for Network Marketers – You SHOULD read BOTH!

NO is the greatest misunderstood two-word letter in the English language!

We are so much focus on the emotions of a NO, that we cant HEAR the unsaid words of the person saying the NO, because we have been so conditioned by our environment and society on the wrong meaning of NO!

Don’t write your daily TARGET of YES’es – Write your daily target of NOs and see how life changes and how NOs excites you EVERY DAY!

Make NO the most empowering word of your language! 

When you have the opportunity to do a presentation of your products/opportunity, and at the end the prospect do not buy, GIVE them a BIG smile, shake their hands with enthusiasm, and THANK then for their precious time that they gave you! ALWAYS THANK them and confuse them☺

Most salespeople and Network Marketers ruin their relationship FOREVER with people who said NO to them for whatever, BE the CONTRARIAN!

INCREASING YOUR FAILURE RATE is THE Ultimate Strategy for long-term, outstanding performance!

My story

When I joined NM, I talked to about a 1000 persons, only about 80 joined my business (8%), and only about 20 did the business (2%) and only 5 became Managers (0.5%) and only ONE became a HIGH FLYER (0.1%) but that was enough to make me BECOME a MILLIONNAIRE! Yes, you need only ONE TOP flyer to become a 6-figure or PLUS earner, More than ONE will get you in the coveted 1% of the TOP EARNERS of the industry.

EPISODE 35 – The SECRETS of Becoming a GREAT PRESENTER in Network Marketing!

I was an ULTRA - TIMID person for the first 25 years of my life….until I joined a direct sales organization….my story

I discovered that I can speak very fluently with people I am comfortable with. The problem was with strangers. SO, what I did is I kept speaking with ALL the people I knew. I kept presenting to them, NOT FOR SELLING< but to refine and polish my craft. Even when I was 100% dead sure I will not make a sale at a particular person’s place (person I knew personally) I will still go to do the presentation, NOT FOR THE SALE, but for my LEARNING! That was my learning curve!

I became so good at presenting that when I did it for the first time at a stranger’s place, it did NOT seem stranger at all☺ I conquered that uncomfortableness with my PRACTICE!!!

How do you become a great PRESENTER?

How do you BECOME a great COOK? SINGER? DANCER? ACTOR? SPEAKER?

Same with Presenting – YOU HAVE TO PRESENT! You have to be AWFUL in order to be AWESOME!

Join a Public Speaking platform….you can connect with me and BE PART OF MY PUBLIC SPEAKING ACADEMY!

NEVER refuse any opportunity to make a speech, HOWEVER uncomfortable you feel, or afraid you feel…the solution to your FEAR is to FACE it!

Present in front of families, relatives, friends, colleagues UNTIL you feel COMFORTABLE presenting, THEN go out in the field and try it in front of strangers. You will feel the fear, FACE the FEAR, and keep doing it AFRAID with the support of your UPLINE Coach (Let me know if you NEED me! I have converted ultra timids to Public Speakers, after all, I was an ULTRA TIMID, remember?)

Nothing happens overnight!

You have to give time to TIME to build yourself for Success! Remember the name of this SHOW – BUILD YOU to BUILD YOUR BUSINESS!

Success takes time BUT once you know what YOU want, it becomes EASY because YOU KNOW what you NEED to become GREAT at!

EPISODE 36 – Are you using this amazing strategy to recruit your FIRST 20 Members in Network Marketing?

In this episode, I want to share HOW YOU can recruit 20 Members in your FIRST LINE 

SO, you remember how many I personally recruited in my last 10 years? Yes yes, I was lazy☺  

80+……..out of 1000

So, lets make the calculations – for 20, you need to present to 250!

SO, your question IS: where do I find 250 people to present to???

Remember MEMORY JOGGER? Every human being knows about 250 people – remember marriage list! Yours, your parents, grandparents, siblings, friends, relatives etc….

The thing is NEVER STOP building that list and NEVER STOP presenting UNTIL you get your DIRECT 20 recruits in your FIRST YEAR, because if you do, the COMPOUND effect on the coming 5, 10 years will be UNBELIEVABLE!

20 ( if you keep this PERSONAL TARGET EVERY year)

20 X 10 = 200

200 x10 = 2000

2000 x 10 = 20,000 and it keeps going….
