This view creates a love of learning and a resilience that is essential for great accomplishment.” (Dweck, 2015) Having a growth mindset means you believe in yourself and especially in your ability to change, learn and develop. ... In the Growth Mindset, errors are seen as the natural part of learning and the students with a Growth Mindset, process their mistakes and correct them and that way they also learn from them.
