The Role False Beliefs Play in Your Success (and Failure)
It does not matter how you got the idea or where it came from, if you accept an idea from  yourself or others (teachers, family, friends, advertiser, or any other source) and you are convinced the idea is true, it now has the same power over you as if you were hypnotized. Today we will explore the role that repeated thoughts play in hypnotizing us and furthering or keeping us from the success we want.

2. Every human being is hypnotized by ideas they have accepted from others and by ideas they have repeated to themselves or convinced themselves are true. 
   
3. Hypnotic suggestions can remove the ability of an athlete to lift a pencil or surpass what strength they thought they had. Hypnosis is not adding or subtracting anything from these people. It is the suggestion of a negative idea that either causes them to defeat themselves or exceed what they thought was possible for them to do. 
   
4. You are fully resourced. Everything you need for your success is within you, regardless of how many past failures you have had. You have the power to do things you never dreamed possible. This power becomes available to you as soon as you change your beliefs around them.

E14 What an Inferiority Complex Really Means |IBGR | Donna Kunde & Londina Cruz

2. At least 95% of people have their lives darkened by feelings of inferiority to some extent and to many more these feelings of inferiority are a serious handicap to success and happiness.
   
3. Feelings of inferiority originate from our conclusions regarding facts and our evaluation of experiences … not from the actual facts or experiences. 
   
4. Because we think and believe and assume we should be a certain way we feel miserable and conclude there is something wrong with us. Then the next logical conclusion is to reason that we are not good enough. All this happens because we have allowed ourselves to be hypnotized by the idea that “I should be like everyone else”. This can lead a person with an inferiority complex to overcompensate by striving for superiority.

2. You are complete and fully resourced. Nothing more needs to be added to you. 
   
3. We judge ourselves and measure ourselves against other people’s “norms” instead of against our own. When we do this we always, without exception, come in second place. 
   
4. You as a person are not in competition with any other person. There is no other person on this earth who is like you. You are an individual. You are unique. You are not supposed to be like any other person and no other person is supposed to be like you.

2. Physical relaxation plays a key role in the dehypnoziation process. Our currently held beliefs, good or bad, true or false, were formed without effort, through repetition over time. Our habits, whether good or bad, have been formed the same way. It is our imagination that hypnotizes us with the thoughts we continue to have over and over. 
3. Physical relaxation practice daily brings about an accompanying mental relaxation and relaxed attitude that enables us to better consciously control our automatic, hypnotizing mechanism. 
4. Physical relaxation is also a powerful influence in dehypnotizing us from negative attitudes and reaction patterns. We cannot be in two states at the same time.
