Our previous show during IBGR's Retreat Week was an analysis of 2020. It's purpose was to inform you on our journey from being an idea on 1 January 2020, an operating station on 6 April with 1 host broadcast live 30 hours a week and those shows replayed in 3 other markets, to today with 43 hosts broadcasting into 153 countries (78% of the world).
We are proud of the achievement to date even though we are short of our goals for 2020. Today's show will discuss how we see 2021 and what you can expect from IBGR. Season 4 - Real Business Radio Change how buying personas are segmented. We are moving from Generation/Market to:
Season 5 - Programming on Demand Based on improved understanding of our perfect customer's buying persona, all programming will be built around audience requests.
Season 6 - 168 & Syndication All time slots filled - 120 during the work week and 48 over the weekend with local talent - business owners & entrepreneurs.
Season 7 - Go Bi-Lingual Replicate the English language station with a new server. Right now Spanish would be the second language but no decision has been made. We will decide in Season 5 on the next language and it will require 3 months to find hosts and convert our IP to a new language.
