This week the discussion is on the importance of having Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) available for all processes. When we think of the documentation required to run and manage our business, many business owners and managers can mix the need for policies and procedures, SOPs, processes, and best business practices.
During the session today, we will ensure to highlight some differences in the requirements between a process and SOP. The process is used to ensure stakeholders are aware of the workflow. However, the SOP will provide the high-level elements and break them down into more details.

What would be your response to the individual when they get hurt on the job and never provided the proper safety measures? This goes beyond simple training. Employees must be aware of the proper processes and standard operating procedures for the job.
