Introduction
We have to come to the end of the epic year 2020 and season 3 show of Business Processes & People Talk with Teena on the IBGR (International Business Growth Radio) Network.

It has been an amazing growth journey leading you as your host in this season. I am super-charged for the new year 2021 and season 4 on the IBGR Network on Business Processes & People Talk with Teena starting Thursday, January 7, 2021. It is the start of the new calendar year 2021, a year that holds a lot of promises for goal and plan attainment as we build on all the experiences of 2020.

As a business owner who is already making profit expanding your network and people, you have gained some incredible insights on how to build systems, processes and policies that are missing from your company in order to have standardization. You want to make changes based on plans so you are prepared when the “hockey stick” growth occurs in stage IV.

The focus of the show is to go through all of the different topics that we discussed during season 3. All of the information discussed each week is a build-up on the next and they are necessary for you at this stage as a business owner to know as you put systems and processes in place in your company.
