Key Issues - Owner Perspective:
The journey of an Entrepreneur can sometimes be a lonely one in the pursuit of excellence and success. Many delve into and invest in quick fix methods meant to motivate and inspire them in different areas of business, yet many never follow through. My Podcasts guide and inspire Entrepreneurs in every aspect of their growth plan, by giving them real life tools to challenge their beliefs, find their voice, gain clarity in their vision and feel encouraged about their journey. The rich content filled shows are based on my own journey from uncertainty to continuous growth and finding my own purpose and vision as an Entrepreneur.
Having been in the oil industry for many years, mostly as a senior supervisor or in management, can never be compared with that perilous journey as an Entrepreneur. I started to realize that it takes a very different mindset and a much more intentional approach than just being busy every day.
If, on top of that, you also want to positively impact your family, your community and your customers, then you also need to discover how you can become more influential.
There is a massive difference between having good intentions and being intentional; We all have good intentions, but how often do we follow through on them? Probably not as often as we should.

What You Need to Know - The What
To live an Intentional life as an Entrepreneur takes a lot more than just showing up and going through the motions. It’s also not about all you are doing in your busy schedule just to get to the end of your workweek…if there is indeed such a thing.
To be intentional is to be fully aware of what you need to do every day. Then make those important decisions and follow through on those decisions by taking action and reflecting in the evening about all you did. About all that went well, could have gone better, mistakes made, even what needs to be changed or deleted from your schedule altogether. (I explain that at the bottom of my show notes every single week)
When, as an entrepreneur, you want to lead an influential life, there are certain people skills to develop as you will need to connect much more effectively with others and build long term relationships, for you to maximise your impact on the people around you.

Every day, ask yourself some simple but powerful questions:
Then take those experiences into tomorrow so you will, for sure, grow in life and business.
Change does not happen just by chance, it happens by choice.
Leadership around the world is failing due to a total lack of values, which has become apparent so much more in the last year.
Many organizations have sets of amazing values proudly displayed on their walls, often as you walk into the building, for all to see, as well as on all their literature.
How many people working there, including top management, could remember those values if asked? How many actually know the meaning of those values? How many people practice them?
These are some of the questions I will discuss next week as it is difficult to talk about the values you, or your organization hold dearly, when you do not really value your employees, your colleagues, friends, or family members.
