Affirmations - Use your imagination to create future memories then use your future memory to create your present energy and situation. Tell your thinking mind what you want to create and then stay focused on it long enough for it to happen. Affirmations allow you to close the gap daily on who you are today and who you want to become by using your imagination to bring the future into the present. 

“I am, therefore I can, therefore I will.” We cannot think into manifestation a different sort of life than we believe ourselves to be. We cannot give what we don’t have. We cannot pour from an empty cup. Who we believe ourselves to be is all important.

Objectives - The WHY
We cannot sit still and produce nothing. We never stop creating because we never stop thinking! Focus on what you DO want, not what you DON’T want. “Believe it and achieve it” is not about external forces and circumstances. It is about believing in yourself - holding the image of the person you need to become to have the life you have imagined. We have to BE the person we should BE in order to DO the things we should DO.

• Experts estimate that the mind thinks between 60,000 – 80,000 thoughts a day. That’s an average of 2500 – 3,300 thoughts per hour. That’s incredible. Other experts estimate a smaller number, of 50,000 thoughts per day, which means about 2100 thoughts per hour. This too, is a great number of thoughts.
