Referral Planning Meetings
Referral Planning Meetings are conducted within Strategic Referral Teams. They are specially designed meetings enabling team members to educate other members in how each can assist the others. They may be both 1-2-1 and group meetings.
Now you’re ready to learn about what goes on in a Referral Planning Meeting.
Members join Strategic Referral Teams (SRTs) because they want to attract more and better quality referrals. This requires organisation and accountability. Accordingly, these meetings are not member recruitment meetings for the parent networking organisation.
Ikigai is an ancient Japanese philosophy leading to total fulfillment. Bill is a practitioner and student of ikigai and will share his knowledge on the four pillars that make up this fascinating discipline.

Referral Partners come in all shapes and sizes and while some may appear on the surface to be attractive, well… are they really right for your business? In this episode, we’ll dive deep into the research you can do and questions you can ask to ascertain if someone is likely to be a good quality partner for your business.
And remember, we’re not looking for perfection here. What we’re looking for is an affirmative response to a common question…
On the balance of probabilities, will this person be a good Referral Partner?
There are many elements to take into account.
Co-Working Spaces and their members are unfairly hurting because of the pandemic. Lockdown, no lockdown, lockdown with restrictions… it’s impossible to know what’s around the corner so trying to prepare for it is draining.
So let’s show co-working space managers how they can promote purposeful team collaborations amongst their members and help their businesses while at the same time returning their own co-working space to profitability.
This approach will also enable their facilities to grow in memberships as the existing members will quickly learn there are gaps in their teams and those gaps are costing them opportunities. The solution? Plug the gap by introducing new external professionals to the team and, therefore, the co-working space.
As all the team’s activities and training take place in the co-working space or via its online portal, members are constantly connected to the co-working space physically or virtually, and emotionally. This builds a stability in the members which the co-working space has fostered. It also enables the growth of everyone’s businesses in hard times.
The members will be forever grateful.
