Londina Cruz & Donna Kunde - “Building Success Habits”
PROFIT RADIO..."Grow With Us" Introduction “Failure should be our teacher, not our undertaker. It is a delay, not a defeat. It is a temporary detour, not a dead-end street” – William A. Ward Failure is necessary for all success. The key is to view every failure as a temporary defeat. When we fall down as children, we are taught to brush ourselves off and get right back up. John Maxwell shares a different view. John says when we fall down we should stay down long enough to figure out what tripped us up. Only then should we get up and move forward. Without taking time for reflection, we doom ourselves to repeat the failure cycle. Failure in itself is not a tragedy. The way to fail forward is to become vulnerable enough to analyze the failure in order to find the pitfall. The time spent in reflection grows both the business and the business owner. Without reflection, chances are good that we will live a life of insanity like Einstein defined, “The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result.” Start by joining our group in the Community of Commerce - Building Success Habits where we continue the thought conversations that arise during the show.
