INTRODUCTION

To Grow a Business, you need to KNOW your business.

The scariest part of Entrepreneurship, is thinking that you need to know EVERY aspect of your business and that you have to master it. I have yet to meet a Master of all trades, who excels in every part of the business, from legal, admin, accounting, HR, management, finance, facilitating, meetings, deal closing and follow up, to producing the product and service – by themselves!
That unfortunately, is EGO stepping in. We all need to have a Success mentality that is directly related to a growth mindset.

Being intentional and focused, is always the best way to start. Then the other amazing aspects to consider when developing a Success Mindset includes, managing time, focus, intention, serving others, embracing self-confidence, outcome oriented, networking with quality connections, building relationships, taking personal accountability and responsibility for every aspect of business as well as personal. 

Key Issues - Owner Perspective:

• How can I upgrade my own thinking as an Entrepreneur?
• What am I responsible for vs being accountable for in the business?
• How do I influence my teams to have the same success mentality as me?
• How does Self care fit into the creation of a success mindset?

To know yourself, helps you to grow yourself. 

I have been delving into this amazing part of thinking and how it impacts me personally!  What stands out for me, is how resilient I was on my journey and how my quest for knowledge allowed me to seek the right guidance from stunning people. I also realised that curiosity played a massive key to being humble enough to ask for help and thoughtful enough to own up when I failed. 

What You Need to Do - The How

Take a deeper look at the areas you resist!

Where can you let go total control over and build the responsibilities of your own talented teams, to take over. This is a sure-fire way to give you additional precious time to concentrate on what is important and urgent.

What are you holding onto, emotionally, that you need to embrace, heal from or move on from? Many cannot understand what I mean when I ask this, but the easiest way to explain is this. How much do you actually TRUST your own people? Your suppliers? Your clients? Your own support system? See, if you have trust issues, you will always believe the worst of people. That comes out strongly in your energy, the way you speak to people, even the way you make people feel.

What you need to adjust – The Why!

Adjust your thinking! Your self-talk, the inner dialogues, the words of negativity that hold you back. Adjust the words of others that you bought into and understand the difference. Their words, actions, beliefs or behaviours that were meant to break you, was merely a reflection of their own self-worth, not yours!

By you stepping up for you, you step up for all around you! That is why it is an imperative to create a Success Mindset that belies the obvious! 

Knowing you, defining the reality of who you are, adds tremendous value to the World. After all, aren’t you in the business of LIVING a LEGACY vs Leaving a Legacy? I am!
